“Team Liquid” WoW Guild

< Team Liquid > is a new guild formed from players participating in the world's largest Starcraft community, Team Liquid (http://www.teamliquid.net) . We approach World of Warcraft with much the same mentality and aptitude as we do as a community in Starcraft. We hold our raiders to a golden standard and if they do not meet it, we help teach and assist learning in this game to play at a level where we will be competitive in the world scene.

As a guild our starting success is based on the fact that our guild supports and helps each other while maintaining a self-dependent mentality. Every person succeeds in PvE or no one succeeds and we encourage our player base to always help one another.

Our officer core are all experienced with top world pushing content or have played this game exhaustively to know not just their role in a raid but also all classes around them. Our Officers all put the time into this game not just for themselves but also for the guild. We are all willing to sit down and take the time with our raiders and members! Our guild is proud of the environment that we foster amongst ourselves and new recruits. This attitude of tolerance and social common sense is very important to us. When we regard a new recruit, we will be looking for the “Can I raid with this person day in, day out?”element. Basically, we're looking if you're a decent human being and know that everyone in this guild respects one another maximally and will reciprocate that equally.

We are always looking for players that feel that they can put the time and effort into the game to be the best contributor to our raids with their class.

Our Trial Policy is that we keep new trials at their rank for two weeks before deciding on promotion or removal from the guild. This is also on a case by case basis depending on number of raids attended and questions the officers have about performance. During the trial period we expect 100% attendance including when we switch out for raid composition and loot. Trials do not receive loot unless no member needs it for a direct upgrade.

Team Liquids loot system is an EPGP method that rewards in raid and out of raid participation. Points are awarded based on attendance, and bosses killed as well as donations to the guild. This system will stay in place until we have the core of 30-35 players we desire for top progression where we will switch to a loot council system.
