<Determined> is a 10-man Horde progression-based raiding
guild on Nordassil (PST-PVE).

Mission: Our mission is to provide dedicated and experienced players with a mature and progression-based guild.
Current Recruitment Needs

Raid Schedule: Our raiding schedule is Tuesday, Wednesday and Sunday with raid starting at 7 p.m. and ending at 10:00 p.m. PST. All raiders are expected to be online 15 minutes prior to raid start time. (Other time zones: MST – Invites at 7:45 p.m., first pull at 8 p.m. and raid ends at 11 p.m.; CST – Invites at 8:45 p.m., first pull at 9 p.m. and raid ends at 12 p.m.; EST – Invites at 9:45 p.m., first pull at 10 p.m. and raid ends at 1 a.m.)
Attendance Requirement: We have a 90% attendance policy. This means you can miss less than 1 raid per month.
Loot Distribution: We utilize a DKP system in which points are earned for attendance and boss kills, and spent based on fixed loot prices. Please see our website for more details.
Expectations: Our common belief is that, with proper focus, leadership, and excellent performance, we can successfully stay above the progression curb within our limited 9 hours per week raid schedule. Thus, we expect our raiders to be knowledgeable about their class; have maxed professions; prepared for raid with reagents and flasks; armed with repaired gear that is gemmed and enchanted; knowledgeable about raid strategies and their role within that strategy; and ready to give 100% at all times. Upon MoP release, players will also be required to meet various gear check requirements.
Initiates are promoted to Raider rank upon completing a two to three week (attending 6 raids) initiate period, during which time loot distribution is limited.
