INCLUSION is a semi-hardcore raiding guild focused on mythic
progression. We improved throughout Battle for Azeroth and ended up
finishing with a 12/12M Cutting Edge on Ny'alotha. We are looking
to improve our guild's ranking this tier and use logs/mechanical
analysis to choose our main roster (These decisions are not based
on superficial things like gender, appearance, etc. Attitude,
however, will play a part).
Even if you can't make the mythic roster right away, optional raids happen on Tuesdays and will start to happen on the weekend as well. These raids are a good time to prove your self and your performance. There is a chance that if you play well you can take a spot on the team for yourself!
If you are a social/casual player and simply want to join the guild please fill out the application anyway, we accept socials/casuals at any time.
Some things you should know about our environment:
We do not tolerate toxic or poor behavior towards each other.
We expect efficiency and performance.
This is an adult guild, and as such adult conversations will happen. We try to keep discussion like politics/religion to a minimum, but if you can't handle real talk from time to time this might not be the guild for you.
Some other logistical information and points that elaborate on the above:
We raid two nights a week: Wednesday/Thursday. (optional reclear/farm nights on Tuesdays)
Raid times: 6 pm - 9 pm PST.
Player feedback is critical and fact-based; expect WCL analysis as we use logs.
Flasks and feasts will be provided by the guild bank, but all the rest are expected to be brought by each player personally, (stones/oils, armor kits, damage and healing pots).
Racism, homophobia and sexism are unwelcome here.
While we are mature and friendly, we remain a progression guild; strong play is required.
Additionally, as a guild we also like to push M+ keystones.
We openly welcome anyone that wishes to join us into this environment, including them in all we do!
