Formerly Mana of Tichondrius, we previously raided 11:30pm to 2:30am PST which was a very difficult time to recruit for and so we decided to change our raid times.
As of right now we are looking for exceptional players of all classes to join us as we reform. We approach raiding seriously and expect our raiders to do the same. That means coming to raid prepared with everything you need for the night to perform as needed to be a Cutting Edge raider.
What are we looking for?
Players possessing in-depth knowledge of their class by having optimized specs, itemization, and Azerite choices depending on the encounter.
Players that have an acute awareness of their surroundings and can improvise.
Players that take time to research new fights/content before raid.
Players that understand and have the patience required for a mythic raid progression’s learning curve.
Players that come to raid ready to leave drama at the login screen as we are here to have fun and kill (corrupted) dragons.
We also expect potential team members to be able to maintain a 90% minimum attendance, Discord installed with a working mic and a computer capable of handling a mythic raiding environment.
Is there a trial period?
Yes, there is a two-week performance evaluation trial period that helps us determine if you are raider material. Please note we expect 100% attendance during your trial period but we are willing to accommodate any unexpected real-life emergencies.
