<Old Spice>
We were created specifically for Cataclysm 10-Man hardcore progression raiding by 5 friends from previously top 10 guilds on Rexxar on August 31, 2010.
Guild Raiding Philosophy
Our philosophy here at <Old Spice> is to be the best we can possibly be. We strive to be skillful, genuine, friendly, and focused; but at the same time we want to get fat loots and be the best at what we do (raid progression). We are not elitists and never want to be. We simply have set high goals for our guild and will preform at our maximum level to meet them.
Guild Loot Rules
We run a very specific and very open minded loot council system for looting in guild raids. Basically, loot drops, the Guild Council (GMs and Officers) chat and then they dish out the piece of loot. If the Guild Council can not decide then the people who wish to obtain the piece of gear will role in-game, the person with the highest roll would then receive the gear.
Raid Times and Days / Requirements
As a Raider of <Old Spice> we will require 75% attendance from you on raid nights, as a recruit we require only 90% attendance, but strongly encourage 100% attendance throughout your recruitment process as it will greatly increase your status among the guild. Our raid schedule below-
