In TLM, we believe an enjoyable atmosphere go hand in hand with high level of play. We enjoy light raiding schedules while still performing at a high level to tackle current content. We are all working adults and understand real life comes first. However, when we play, we expect high quality raiders who know their class/rotation and come optimized with their gear i.e. gemmed, enchanted, correct secondary stats, simmed. We want to be successful as a team and not looking to drag people through content. Our low-pressure raid teams will provide you with the coaching and resources to help you perform at a higher level as long as you are able to take some constructive criticism. We are seeking like-minded, quality raiders who wish to join our laid-back, drama-free raiding environment. We have a zero tolerance for toxicity. Racism, homophobia, misogyny, trolling, bullying are not tolerated.
