<The Derps> is a group of team oriented skilled players who enjoy the challenge of raiding in a closely knit, semi-hardcore to casual environment. Many of us have been raiding together since Cata/MoP. We emphasize quality over quantity, fun, and a laid back friendly environment. We tend to joke around constantly, yet still take raid nights seriously. Outside of raids we are active in Mythic+ as well as weekly guild-wide runs.
A Derp applicant should be fully prepared to submit a FBI background check, urinalysis, and undergo a lobotomy. We expect to see all of your alts' M+ scores and evidence through logs of mandatory pink parses on trash mobs. If you stepped on an ant in the 3rd grade, please don't bother applying.
We strictly enforce that your 'log out set' place you at the number 1 level for your class simdps on wowprog.
Roster & Bench
We always put the guild's interest before anything else. Our goal is to efficiently pursue progression which at times can mean certain classes are favored over others. For this reason, and for the sake of keeping a healthy attendance record, we maintain a roster of about 25 players. ALL of our players are expected to understand that there are times when riding the bench is necessary.
Exceptional players will always be considered regardless of current recruitment needs.
