About ∞Infinity∞: The guild was formed in mid Mists
of Pandaria & is run by Infinium-Staghelm & Tumba-Staghelm. There
are very little rules & restrictions placed upon guild members. The
only two things that generally would be grounds for being kicked
from the guild are harassing another guild member & or stealing
from the guild bank and selling whatever was taken in the auction
house without permission. The ranking system is more organizational
and thematic than it is a reflection of a guild members value
within the guild, essentially everyone is on the same playing
field. Infinity is generally regarded as being one of the
friendliest, most active & helpful guilds on Staghelm. There is a
strong communinty within the guild which is the magical aspect that
makes this guild unqiue. Everyone of all ages is welcome and chat
is not filtered although it is implied that everyone is civil with
each other and interacts with a common respect towards one another.
We have migrated over from Ventrilo to Discord and only use Discord
now. Infinity is not just a raiding guild, It is more accurate to
label it as a community guild because we collectively play all
aspects of the game which includes all forms of PvP especially
world PvP, Dungeons & Challenge modes, Questing & even Role-playing
occasionally.
Raiding: The raiding environment can best be defined as a middle ground between semi-hardcore & casual. Raiding is taken seriously in here but it is recognized that WoW is a game not a job and the point is to have fun together. We Raid 3 nights a week which are Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday at 7:30-10 eastern but the Raid times are expected to be pushed back one hour once Legion drops. Discord is absolutely mandatory. There isn't a list of required addons but Deadly Boss Mods & one's preferred meter is a must, there are no exceptions to this. Everyone is expected to come to the raid PREPARED which means you show up on time already knowing the fight with your character having all the necessary cinditions fulfilled to suceed(flask/potions, enchants, gems, food etc.) & having all real life circumstances sorted out before the raids starts (food, kids, bathroom etc.) If anyone is hindering the collective from progressing and having fun they will simply be asked to step out. If someone is asked to leave during a raid they are not kicked from the raid team, they just won't be allowed to come back until whatever reason they were removed is sorted out(Low dps/hps, mechanics or RL issues). Again the raiding environment is friendly & relaxed but it is still taken seriously.
Recruitment: During the end of BRF & the beginning of HFC our raid team saw a huge change. Due to burnout many of our core raiders either quit the game entirely or server transferred to a high population server to more easily achieve Mythic Raiding. This is evident if one looks at our HFC progress. Although it appears that we are 8/13h the guild actually finished Heroic HFC in October. Either though we had players server transfer they still raided with us because they are still our friends. This caused our progression to not be counted as a guild group thus not showing up on wowprogress. It is unknown who is and isn't returning for Legion & who is or isn't rerolling to a new class so all roles, all classes & all specs are open. We have aspirations of Mythic Raiding in Legion want want to create a solid 20 man team of raiders to do that.
Contact: To contact the GM add Kushforce#1128. If you wish to contact directly in game whisper Infinium-Staghelm or Tumba-Staghelm. Officers that can also be contacted are Squanto-Staghelm, Unknight-Azuremyst, Dugosh-Staghelm, Gummibears-Staghelm, Zèlos(alt-138)-Azuremyst, Akaira-Azuremyst, Kagenoakuma-Azuremyst and Xiongmei-Staghelm.
