Dominance Hotel is a 2-day Cutting Edge guild. We Mythic raid twice a week, for 6 hours total (never longer). Sometimes we do alt raids on Saturdays, but they're never required and don't always happen. We have teams that push high M+ keys but raiding is our main focus.

About Dominance Hotel:
Many of our members have raided together since Vanilla. Back then we were raiding 20+ hours a week and were top of our server, claiming numerous server first kills and many top 100 kills as well. After a multiple-expansion hiatus, we're back, although much more casual now.

We still take raiding seriously, but at a much slower pace. You won't find much drama here, as we're all working adults now who just want to raid for fun. Some of us even have real lives outside of the game now.

BoD was our first raid tier since returning as a guild but we managed to get 8/9 by the end. We secured cutting edge in Eternal Palace, Ny'alotha, and Castle Nathria.

Expectations:
We value culture fit over skill on our raid team. We like to mess around during raids and have fun with the game. It is not about the individual effort here. We succeed, and fail as a team. We will always try to bring the best raid comp in to kill a boss.

This means that as a raider, you must understand that you may be sat for a boss because we feel it will help us secure a kill.
