“Incendia” Guild

About Us:
<Incendia> is a semi-hardcore two-day raiding guild on Stormrage with a strong focus on CE. We pride ourselves on maintaining a fun, nontoxic raid environment while still downing Mythic bosses. Going into 9.2 and Sepulcher of the First Ones, we're looking to level up our raid team to obtain CE much faster and more efficiently, so we're looking for any interested CE-caliber players. Specifically, we're also looking for dps that can flex heals when needed. Also active outside of raid nights, we enjoy M+, leveling and gearing alts, mount farming, and more. All exceptional players are encouraged to apply and will be thoroughly considered.

Schedule: Tues/Wed 7:30-10:30pm EST

With our 2-day, 6-hour schedule, we are looking for minimum 90% attendance.

What We Look For:
Our ideal candidate enjoys playing the game at a high level and striving to better themselves through log analysis, class discords, and more. We expect players to come prepared for boss fights by reading and watching guides and knowing their class's role in each fight. We value good communication and acing mechanics over just stellar dps.

Loot & Consumables:
We utilize RCLootCouncil for tradeable loot. BoEs are sold to fund the guild bank unless it is BiS or an essential piece for continued progression. 25% of the proceeds are given to the player who received the drop. In turn, everyone's food, flasks, and enchants are provided for raid and M+.
