About us:
Syndicate is a newly formed Alliance raiding guild . We are comprised of veterans from other,guilds, servers, MMO’s and talented newcomers alike and boast a mature and intelligent membership as well as a stable mature leadership.. We have a light raid schedule compared to many high-end guilds, roughly 16 hours per week, and as such we constantly strive to maximize our time and raids as efficiently as possible. Our goal is to raid smarter, not harder. When we aren't killing bosses you will find us , running instances, battlegrounds, helping fellow members and working on strategies to better our progression and make our raids more efficient.
Qualities were looking for in players:
Teamwork - First and foremost, we are a team here at Syndicate. We want players who can function in a group, communicate effectively, and execute a given role. We work as a team to reach our goals, with the belief that the whole is greater than the sum of its parts. When we raid we work as one well oiled machine, rather than a bunch of people working for there own benefit. If your primary focus in the high-end game is to acquire loot, than we are not the right guild for you. We consider loot to be a byproduct of our goals, which is to progress as a guild, experience “the end game” and have fun while we are doing it. We are looking for players who want to better their gaming experience with a close-knit group of friends.
Analytical - We greatly value players who consistently look for ways to contribute to overall raid optimization and strategy. Analyzing your own performance and striving for constant improvement is a must.
Competitive - We want players who seek to be the best at their class and role. We aren't interested in meter chasers who put their own performance over the good of the raid but we do want people who bring friendly competition into our guild and will challenge our current raiders.
Awareness - Being able to crank out top parses doesn't mean much if we are having to pump two battle rezzes into you every fight. We look for players who know how to adapt and react to their surroundings while still playing near peak performance.
Prepared - There is no excuse for coming to a raid unprepared. It is expected that our raiders show up with everything they need to be effective as well as being knowledgeable of encounters before hand by watching videos, reading our forums, and knowing aspects of the fight that pertain to their role.
Social - We want people who are interested in participating in guild activities outside of raids. If you are only logging in for raids and logging off as soon they end, we may not be the home for you.
Repair Bills & Consumables:
All raid consumables are provided for each member that earns the rank of "Raider" within the Syndicate. This includes flasks, food, resist pots and enchanting materials. Donations by members to the guild bank are encouraged and rewarded, but not required. We know the commitment to raiding can be very time intensive and we try to reduce the farming costs so members can enjoy other aspects of the game or real life! We will try our best to provide guild repairs as well based on how progression is going on a givin night.
Raid Times:
7:30PM form up to 11:30PM server time (EST), Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday. Syndicate has a relatively light raid schedule, so we need people with high attendance (above 80%) who will consistently bring their best game.
App Process
After you submit an app on our website, we will contact you via email within 5-7 days to schedule an interview. After, we will bring you into the guild for a ~30 day trial period where we will evaluate your overall performance - skill, attitude, attendance, and so on. At the end of the 30 days, or slightly before or after depending on performance, presuming all goes well, you will be promoted to raider status.
