About <Conviction>

<Conviction> is an endgame raiding guild on Suramar (US-PvE, Alliance).

Many of us have been raiding together since Molten Core, but what makes <Conviction> different from other endgame raiding guilds is our membership. The majority of us balance our raiding with meaningful RL careers and families. Our current raid roster, for example, boasts a doctor, a documentary film director, a teacher, a musician, a professional CG artist, several active-duty military, and of course the mandatory 105,000 software designers and computer specialists. Yes, we're looking for skill, but we also place a premium on maturity and attitude. Our role officers are elected and we pride ourselves on having a raid environment that's relaxed and jovial but also focused and results-oriented.

Raid Times

Our philosophy is quality over quantity. Our raid times are as follows (all times are Suramar server time, or PST):

Tue: 6:00-9:00
Thu: 6:00-9:00

We are currently looking for Range dps.

However, we're always receptive to exceptional applicants of any class and spec, and would encourage you to contact us even if recruitment for your class/spec is currently closed.

Applicants are expected to be able to attend 80% of our raids, and to put in the same kind of effort into their characters and preparation that the rest of us do. That means top-end gems and enchants, an optimally-tuned raid spec, thorough knowledge of your class and the raid encounters, a working mic and stable Internet connection, and an ever-burning desire to continue to grow and improve in a team environment.

If you're a top-caliber player who values loyalty and maturity, can locate Libya on a map, have never rolled a "rouge," and have at least heard of Oingo Boingo, <Conviction> may be the perfect home for you.
