How Mad is in preperation for Deathwing and beyond. We would also like to finish off this tier on a postitive note and possibly with a H Ragnaros kill

ABOUT US
How Mad is a newly formed 10 man guild seeking like-minded people!. A good chunk of us have Raided with eachother over the past 3 years and off and on and have kept good relationships with one another inside and outside of Raiding as well. All of us have end game experience from Aq/Naxx 40 to Illidan/Muru, top 200 Algalon/Totgc and Deaths Demise and a few Light of Dawn titles.

We are a newly formed guild, but don't let that steer you away! We are focussed and have our mind set on progressing at a very fast pace, while not burning ourselves out.

**We will be expecting all potential apps to be farmiliar in their respective offspecs as well, seeing as variations of diversity may be needed for future content.**




SCHEDULE

Tuesday: 7:30pm-10:30 MST
Thursday: 7:30pm-10:30
Sunday: 7:30pm-10:30
Monday: 7:30pm-10:30 (Only for Progression)

We expect a high attendance rate (90%+) from Raiders as well, especially during progression.




REQUIREMENTS

Applicants must...
- Be 18 years or older and in charge of your own schedule.
- Be very good at your roles in the raid and be able to think critically on the fly.
- Be willing to take advice and criticism.
- Represent themselves with a professional and mature attitude during raids.
- Be active on the forums and always reading up on boss encounters frequently prior to Raids.
