You must be an intelligent human being, and you must be able to express yourself in a way that does not belie your intelligence. People who take the time to post an intelligent and well thought out application are those who we take seriously. Your application is a reflection of you as a player. If you write poorly, chances are you are a poor player. Your gear, professions, and enchants should reflect an understanding of your class and spec.
You must understand how to procure and stay stocked on consumables, and be an avid 'fan' of reading raiding-centric sites like Elitist Jerks, etc. You should love raiding, want to raid, and understand that raiding requires a certain level of commitment for success (and that commitment isn't always time). You should have zero problems obtaining all necessary consumables.(2 flasks and class consumables - food, pots, etc). If you can't farm the necessary consumables, don't apply.
We are interested in people who want to raid and can understand that given our evening, professionals friendly raid schedule that we are serious about what we do and want to waste as little time as possible getting where we feel we should be. 85% raid attendance required.
We raid Tuesday/Thursday/Sunday at 8:30 Server Time(Pacific Time Zone) for 25-man content only. Our raids end at Midnight.
