“Covenant of Crows” Guild

Covenant of Crows is an adult guild with wide interests in the game. The guild prides itself on being social, while the raid is taken more seriously. Our primary mission is to ensure a comfortable, mature, leet-speek free and non-elitist guild atmosphere that is specifically suited for the more grown-up type of gamer: old school gamers, parents, professionals and folks who just want an escape from all of the attitude and drama.

Serious or casual, whether you’re here to raid, PvP or just hang out, we are here to give you a home to do it in. You will find like-minded players here.

As always, our first focus is on providing a space for socialization in the game. It is our belief that people should first enjoy who they’re playing with and that camaraderie will make every other aspect of the game more enjoyable. It is our reason for being.

After a late start (our first week of raiding began on November 6th), we are committed to making steady progress through content. While relaxed and friendly, we are nonetheless committed to showing up on time, being prepared, and playing our best.

Our current raid times are Tuesdays from 7:00 pm - 10:00 pm and Mondays from 7:00 pm - 10:00 pm. (all times central/server time). Permanent spots are currently filled, but we're in definite need of the occasional bench-warmer to cover and come in just at the right time. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to raid from time to time, but may not wish to commit to a schedule fully at this moment.

We are also interested in creating a second 10 man raid on the weekends (times not yet finalized, but think Saturday/Sunday afternoon for about 5 hours/week).

• Adult gamers who insist that their online free-time be spent in a mature, drama and leet-speek free environment.
  
• Focused on having at least one 10 man group of experienced, highly reliable raiders who will focus on faster progression.
  
• We believe that even a fast-progression group can be successful on a limited schedule by having a healthy respect for using time wisely and productively. (we all have responsibilities outside of game, too!)
  
• Non-elitist, non-yelling, jerk-free environment: We improve ourselves by working together and mutual respect is the key factor in achieving our goals. This is not a guild where people are insulted, called ‘noobs’ (other than playfully), spoken down to or yelled at over a game. We just don’t do that.

Part of the reason we have such a great atmosphere is that we’re careful and slow about who we invite and that’s just part of the process (and it pays off).
