We at <<Relaxes with Bears>> look to stay in the top 10 of strict 10m progression on Whisperwind.
we raid 3 nights a week, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 7-10 server so we have a fairly light raid schedule however we consistently down content with out fairly light raid schedule.

On top of our normal raid schedule we also have Alt runs throughout the week.

On raid nights we expect members to be on 30-15 minutes before raid start, and expect at the least a 90% attendance, we realize that sometimes things come up in real life, and that emergencies happen, we wont burn you at the stake if this happens, just let us know asap so we can handle it accordingly. In raids we proved feasts and flasks, and depending on how many mats relaxes has farmed in the week, on use pots as well.

In terms of recruitment, we expect you to be on the top of your game, know the ins and outs of your class and expect you to know the fights coming into new content, IE: read up on patch day and take a look at the Dungeon Journal, (yeah that thing) if you don't understand a mechanic. We also expect you to parse well on WoL and we are very analytic of logs so we will know if you are "standing in the fire"
