“Extra Crispy” WoW Guild

Guild History

EC has been created during the last half of the Burning Crusade expansion. We gathered up a small crew of trusted players to go small scale and run karazhan. The guild quickly expanded and we cleared T5 then BT / Hyjal and eventually worked our way up to Brutallus. Even with the late start, we established ourselves as one of the best guilds on Ysera for progression.

With the newest xpack released, our core group stayed pretty much the same and leveled up quickly to start running the 10 man raids as well as the 25 version. We are now looking to expand our roster in order to fill urgent needs as well as backup spots to continue in the same direction as before.

The general ruleset

The strength of our guild is a solid core of high-attendance, extremely talented players who have stuck with us through the bad times as well as the good ones. People we've come to rely on to show up for wipes as often as they'd show up for farm. We rely on a smaller guild size to ensure a better loot distribution and a faster progression. However it is extremely important that you understand this before applying, we ask our members to perform and maintain 75% attendance to raids. Most of our members maintain over 90% attendance.

New players will be ranked as evals and judged according to raid performance, ability to learn and listen and of course raid preparation including consumables and reading strategies. Promotion to full member may be fast or very long depending on performance.

We're looking for a couple more players in order to conquer expansion content. While we are currently considering candidates recommended to us by our loyal members, we are also opening public recruitment.

Trial of Crusaders
Two groups of Heroic 10 man: 5/5 with 45 attempts left.
Heroic 25 man: 4/5
Downed Onyxia 10 and 25 man.

We are a mature guild, which means you need to be able to live with jokes of all kinds as well as episodes of wierd guild chat.

As usual even if a class closed or restricted, we will review apps and keep them for later.

Raid Schedule

25 men raid
Sunday, Monday, Wednesday and Thursday from 7:30 pm to 11pm. Invites go out at 7:15 pm and you're expected to be raid ready at 7:30 pm.
