mandatory addons: WeakAuras, Exorsus Raid Tool, and BigWigs/DBM
We're looking for exceptional players that will be with us for the long term. We want people who fit in well, and make themselves a part of the group as a whole. We aren't looking for the top-tier players but we are looking for people who care about their performance and have a willingness to do research outside of raid times.
