What should you know?

First of all, we were one of the last english speaking raid guilds on Burning Legion, basically we got tired of the close to polish only spam in public channels and decided to migrate to Bladefist using the FCM. We're pushing 2 raids a week and we have a fixed DKP system.

What do we want to know?

We want to know detailed info about every applicant in their application - be it an application on this site, or in-game. Tell us something about you, your life, how old are you, what's your occupation, what do you like to do in your spare time. When will you be able to raid, what class and what spec would be your best shot. Would you like to change spec if needed.

What do we need?

First and foremost we need dedicated players. With dedication comes the time and eagerness to improve your raiding performance, the patience for wiping on bosses, the patience needed to farm gold for those flasks.

Of every raider we expect:

Full preparation - be it flasks, consumables (fish is usually guildmade though), pots, gold for repairs, being repaired before the raid.

Attendance - we need you to be on time for raids.

Performance - behave the best you can despite doing high dps, healing great or tanking properly.

Being mentally adult - you don't have to be 18, 19, 20 <, but if you're given a note because you failed, it's best if you try not to rage and learn from it instead. We want the guild to be happy, we'd like you to be a great player and you'll get all the help needed, including tutorials by most experienced players, tips, tricks etc. But YOU have to be ready and eager to bring them to life.
