“The Alternative” Guild

The Alternative is a brand new guild founded september 1. 2017. The aim is to be 'Willing but chilling'.

If you're tired of trying to fit into a guild with an established heirarchy and social structure, or if you're tired of not having any influence where you are, why not give a brand new guild a shot?

The founder, Vilfort, have built 2 raiding guilds in the past, the first one starting in 2004, the second in 2008. He focuses on intelligence and politeness when recruiting and believes firmly in having members for whom a guild is a healthy mix of a good social vibe and an urge to progress in PvE.

We believe in leading with the highest amount of fairness, transparancy and honesty humanly possible.

We plan to raid 4 times a week, 2 raids being relaxed and 2 raids being progression focused. In order to take part in the progression focused raids you need to earn the 'Willing'-rank, while being part of the relaxed raids is open for all guildmembers.

The 'Willing'-rank is earned by being stable (sign up equals show up) and by contributing with the required performance (dps/hps output, dealing with mechanics etc).

We also plan to focus on guild mythic+ two times a week. Currently our schedule looks like this:

Monday 21:00-23:30: Mythic+ dungeons.
Tuesday 21:00-23:30: Progressive Raid
Wednesday 21:00-23:30: Relaxed raid
Thursday -
Friday 23:00-??:??: Relaxed Raid / Guild fun
Saturday 21:00-23:30: Mythic+ dungeons
Sunday 21:00-23:30: Progressive Raid

The leading will be done by a group of counselors and the commissioner, and there are counselor-spots up for grabs (for people that are polite, friendly, ambitious and willing to put in an effort)!
