Ex Unitate Vires is an EU Alliance raiding guild on the server
Bronze Dragonflight.
We raid three times a week: Thursday, Sunday and Monday. Raid times are 7pm to 10pm, server time.
Recruitment
We are currently recruiting. The classes we are after are listed above. But we will recruit you if you are an exceptional player.
Recruitment requirements are small. We are currently raiding in Blackrock Foundry. You must have an iLvl of 660+, higher the iLvl, the better your chances of acceptance. We are also after players who know the tactics of a fight, have good raid attendance, has situational awareness and know their class; we don't want any players who standstill smashing keys or are DPS/HPS whores. We don't care about Recount/Skada.
If you are accepted, you will be placed on a two week trial so the Officers can assess your performance with the Guild and in a raid. We understand that you will be nervous in your first few raids, so try not to worry.
Loot
Our Guild currently operates the 'Loot Council' loot model. Loot distribution decisions are final. The Guild does not tolerate Loot Whores.
Language
Our spoken language is English. The Guild uses the TeamSpeak VoIP software; a headset is a must. You must also be willing to speak on Teamspeak in clear understandable English if possible. Other languages are Dutch, German, Danish and Norwegian.
