“Speechless” Guild

Speechless are a raiding guild with a focus on friendship and team work. We don't take ourselves too seriously and will have a laugh and joke as we work trash but do like to focus up at boss fights especially on our Progress fights. We sponsor constructive criticism rather than flaming and we allow the odd mistake while people learn the mechanics.

Raiding Wed/Thurs/Sun/Mon 19.30 - 23.00 game time we ask applicants for raid spots to be able to attend at least 3 evenings per week preferably including Wed/Thurs.

If you are thinking about joining us, please keep in mind that we are a guild that prioritises raids! We ask that our members be loyal, do their best and focus on getting the small things right so that we can progress as far as possible. This includes maxing sensible trade skills for the benefits to your class and ensuring you research your class, know the best rotations and have gemmed and enchanted all of your gear for maximum gain.

Our current progress means we require players who fit in with below.

We will consider applications from players with a 397 equipt PVE i-level.
8/8 Dragon Soul Experience + a few heroic is mandatory.

All pieces at 397+ to have Epic gems & top level enchants.

Reforging should be suitable to spec and playstyle for optimal output.

2 Professions should be maxed and suited to PVE raiding providing enhancement rather than money making although we have no complaints if they provide you with both.

Internet connection and PC must be stable and not suffer from random Dc's.

Must be able to attend at least 75% of raids be on time and remaining until raid end.

Must be mature and not opposed to sitting out of raids whenever balance requires it in order to achieve our progress goals.



We will always review all applications, exceptional apps contrary to the above conditions may be considered for alt social roles while people get themselves to the above conditions.

We try to respond to all applications with at least an in game mail, but should we not have contacted you within 5 days of your app please assume you have been unsuccessful at this time.

Recruitment exceptions can be made for classes whose players are of exceptional calibre returning to the game after a break, who are happy to be left out on progress nights but will show their worth and gear themselves up with REP and grinding while waiting to get into our normal Farm alt/social runs. We cannot promise that raid spots will be available at the point you are ready and geared but if during alt runs you show exceptional promise we may consider introducing a rotation in our progress runs.
