About the guild and our philosophy
Greggs has 3 values we want in our players and strive for people to maintain;

Humility - Laugh at yourself if you make a mistake and own up to it. Everyone makes mistakes and you don’t need to prove to people you’re the best, they will see how good you are from your performances so just do your best, and never belittle others.

Self-improvement - Looking at logs to make yourself a better player and where you can maximise the goals of the fight. We have a lot of very high parsing players in the guild who do this a lot and you can tell it works because their damage output is insane. We like all our raiders to be on the top of their game and even aim to improve, even if they parse rank 1 every fight.

Teamwork - We admire teamwork a lot in this guild and those that will sacrifice themselves for the good of the fight is the kind of people we look for, those that know their strengths and weaknesses so they will offer themselves to mechanics because their DPS cooldowns are on cool down still etc. People that can think for themselves and be team players.

We want any players that share these values to ensure our team is as tight-knit as can be.

Trialling
Our trial process lasts roughly four weeks. This gives you enough time to experience raiding with us and get a feel for our community. As much as we want you in our guild we want you to be happy and enjoy your game time.

Throughout your trial you will be assessed on your performance, attendance, attitude and overall ability to gel with our current group.
