<Royal Council> is a two night a week Heroic raiding
guild founded in Warlords of Draenor. Our previous raid team was
formalised halfway through Hellfire Citadel. But since then our
team has slowly diminished over time due to personal reasons,
family commitments and people not actually enjoying the content. We
had to take a break during Uldir as most of our former raiders
really didn’t like the raid
.
So now we are looking to reform the raid team in 8.3 and continuing onto Shadowlands. The aim is to get curve every tier in a fun but relaxed atmosphere.
Our raid times are Thursday & Sunday 20:30 – 23:30 server time. In addition, we run an optional Heroic social run on Fridays, and a social normal run on Saturdays.
We are looking for players who are reliable, chilled and also skilled at their class. Knowing content isn’t a must but definitely an advantage
What type of guild are we?
We are a sociable and welcoming group of friends who have raided together for the few years, with both raiders and social-only members welcome in our guild. We regularly run mythic+ as a guild. There is a mixture of nationalities within the guild but British is the largest segment. Everyone in the guild is over 18, and although we do not restrict guild invites based on age we do expect a level of maturity from our raiders. Ultimately, we are all choosing to play the game we love together during our spare time, guildies should respect that in each other.
What is the atmosphere like in our raids?
Being a two night a week raiding guild means we should be efficient with our time. Lateness or missing raids must be communicated to an officer beforehand, we generally set the roster a few days before the raid day. In raids, there is a relaxed atmosphere between pulls. However, during pulls, and when discussing fights, we require everyone to pay complete attention and keep noise levels to a minimum to allow concentration. There is no raging at people in raid, all performance issues are dealt with outside of raids or by whispers from an officer/GM.
What do we want from you?
The only thing we ask of you is:
A good attitude to the game and raiding in general. Everyone in the guild is friendly and our discord is usually a place we all go if we just fancy hanging out during the day. Morale in raids is always high regardless of the difficulty of the fight, and genuinely being friends with each other is a great basis to go into raids.
If you believe you would fit into our raid team, add me on Real ID – GM Benji#2882. Looking forward to hearing from you.
