“Thunderclap Those Cheeks” Guild

<Thunderclap Those Cheeks> is a CE raiding guild that is looking to continue CE progression through Shadowlands. We formed towards the end of BFA and quickly achieved CE in Nya'lotha. We have a friendly core team that enjoys spending time with each other and a serious attitude towards raiding.

We expect our raiders to be communitive and punctual, as well as able to take on board any feedback/criticism. We do not tolerate toxic mindsets especially during raiding and expect you to execute the necessary patience and understanding that comes with progression raiding.

Loot Rules:

•If you get loot that is an upgrade for your main spec, whether or not ilvl is the same as the current piece but has better stats, you keep that piece.
•If you get loot that is not an upgrade for your main spec, it will go to a loot council decision. Our current goal is to gear DPS>Healers>Tanks.
•The loot rule council options are as follows Major upgrade > Minor upgrade > Off spec/PVP > Transmog.

Wednesday <<20:30 - 23:30>>
Sunday <<20:30 - 23:30>>
Monday <<20:30 - 23:30>> (alt run / optional)
For the first 3 weeks of any raid tier, Monday will be a mandatory main run to push progress. This will then go back to being an alt run.
