During Antorus we were a fairly casual guild, taking our time with
Mythic progression and doing so at a laid back and steady pace. Our
goals and mindset has changed going into BFA.
Our goal for BFA is to be one of the top 2-night guilds on Draenor-EU. We are taking a more serious and focused approach to achieve this.
What you can expect from us
-Strong leadership. Our officers are experienced, top-ranking players with a driven attitude.
-A highly-active discord server that is passionate about the game.
-Log analysis. An officer for each role is available to look at your performance and provide improvements and suggestions. This is done after every raid.
-Social/Alt relaxed raid runs.
-A drama-free environment. Toxic behaviour will not be tolerated here by any means.
Requirements
-A thorough understanding of your class and your role in the raid – take responsibility for maintaining your own high performance and don't be afraid to ask for help when needed.
-Proof of performance in the form of LOGS.
-Solid self-preparation for upcoming encounters. Full tactics will be posted in Discord well in advance. Discussion will take place on discord also which you are encouraged to take part in.
-Reliable players. Attendance close to 100% is desired. We do not recruit many backup raiders as we prefer to play with the same solid group.
-Mature attitude. Whining about loot or any display of childish behaviour will not be tolerated and will result in immediate removal from the guild.

-Wednesday 20:00 - 23:00 Server Time
-Sunday 20:00 - 23:00 Server Time
Alt runs are posted on Thursdays (HC Cleears, achievement runs etc)
Outside of raiding
Outside of the raid environment we have a lax attitude where we hang out on discord, push high mythic plus keys and do alt runs etc. This is not a guild that logs on for raid nights and immediately logs off again. There will always be something going on and players to chat with - this is an MMO after all and nobody likes a dead guild. We tend to hang out on Discord most of the day.
