“Nox Incurro” Guild

We want members with a good attitude towards their fellow guildies and other people on the realm. You should have a good sense of humor and not get offended to easily. We will watch every step you take and follow you the whole time during your trial period. During raids, we will analyze your steps and you will be called out if inappropriate actions are made.

Knowledge
Knowledge have been such a basic "ability" over the time now and we don't take that as something special from you or anyone else to have. But what we DO EXPECT is that you know your class fully in'n out and that u're a quick learner(catching tactics and new class info) when it comes to new expansions, raids, patches etc.
And by knowing other classes than the one u're playing is an absolute plus.

Attendance (Raiding/No-Raiding days).
We expect all trials to uphold a 110% attendance during your time. Real life stuff can happen to everyone and will not affect your trial period. But expect you to tell us asap if something happens(ofc if it's a horrible issue family/friends) we understand it's hard to think about "must tell guild to avoid gkick".

Communication
When we raid, we expect all our raiders to talk, and participate in new tactics(other things that might help the raid). We also expect a nice, calm and good atmosphere. Microphone is a must as we use TEAMSPEAK 3 as communication tool when we raid. You must NOT be SHY to use your mic to suggest other tactics, call out for CD's used etc etc.

Details
Our policy for raids/new contents etc, all the raiders will either bring enough consumables themselves or provide the raid leader/officer with materials for flasks/pots/feasts.
We expect all player to have fully fixed gear when we start raiding, this means tip top enchants,gems,reforge etc should be BiS for your character before we start raiding!

Progression:

Siege of Orgrimmar: 10/14H

We started progressing heroic a bit late during the release of SoO because we tried to go 25man raiding which didn't work out pretty good.
When we first started heroic progression it took us 4 weeks to get 8/14 down and go from rank 60-78 to realm rank 27.

We're now looking to strenghten our roster with multiple new classes and we're currently recruiting:

Resto druid with good tanking/dps gear OS(pref)

Holy Paladin with good retri OS(pref)

Warlock pref demo if u can max the dps with it and in general master all 3 specs

Disc/Holy Priest

We require some heroic experience and at least 560 item level from the applicant. After your application is made you will be called in to TS3 to have a chat.
