Conspiracy is back in business after an extended break!
We are looking for new people to join us in rebuilding this once great guild and to move back into 25-man raiding. We have a core of people that have done Heroic raiding in the past with a raid leader that knows how to lead a raid into battle and get progression. Our Guild Master is experienced in Guild leading and knows what makes a great guild, not only good raiding, but how to have fun.
Raid Schedule (Realm time)
Wendsday: 20:00-23:00
Thursday: 20:00-23:00
Sunday: 20:00-23:00
Raid times may be extended during progress.
Loot and Consumables
Loot is distributed via a non-biased officer loot council. All loot decisions are weighted based on performance, attendance, attitude and the current needs of our raid. Rare mounts are rolled upon by all members in the raid.
The guild provides for all repairs, flasks, food, enchants and gems that are needed. All crafting is done in house for mains at the discretion of the officers based on the needs of the guild.
Recruitment
We are always looking for exceptional players of all classes and specializations to reinforce our roster. We do not recruit for the bench. However, being a raider does not guarantee you will be in for 100% of the content: we will ALWAYS bring the composition required to defeat a boss, especially during progression, and the better player will always see the most playtime. We're looking for someone who is competitive, while at the same time open to criticism and suggestions. Never making mistakes but falling behind on DPS is just as unacceptable as doing amazing DPS but being unable to stay alive.
Our goal is to have the best players possible for every single raiding role. Potential recruits are expected to be available for the vast majority of our raids. We expect you to be as knowledgeable as possible about your class and adept at fulfilling any role your class is capable of performing.
