About us:
• As a guild, our goal is to progress into mythic content while still keeping a stress-free environment.
• Outside of raids, we enjoy running mythic plus groups.

What we expect from you:
• Consistently positive attitude during the progression
• Comprehensive knowledge and expertise with your class and spec
• Thorough preparedness for every raid, meaning researching tactics and bringing consumables
• Desire to self-improve and accept criticism
• At least 90% attendance, we want a roster that can allow people to deal with IRL issues without getting punished.

Our philosophy:

• Raid spots are granted to players based on a combination of performance and attendance. If you are not consistently available for the bosses that your spec is very powerful for, then don't expect to have concessions made for you on other encounters. Likewise, if you are unable to outperform other players in the same role or spec then the composition will generally be built to reflect that - we always strive to reward the consistently strong players.

• If you can prove your ability, R A L M will make room for a player of any spec; just know that this is judged by a mixture of attitude and a little bit of flexibility with your raid spots - the goal is always for the guild to succeed and you will be a part of that.


Recruitment:
• We never stop recruiting and we always looking for exceptional players to boost our roster.
• Trials will be tested until a fair conclusion has been made by officers and the raid leader

Aid schedule (Server Time/CET)

One of the most important factors for raids is stability, and as such, we emphasize that players can consistently attend the majority of all raid nights on time. This also includes being able to stay for the entire raid (though there are intermittent breaks throughout all of our raid times so players aren’t forced to sit still for the entire evening). If you don’t feel you could do this reliably, this will most likely be a dealbreaker.
