“Straw Hat Elites” Guild

We were formed on the June 6 2018 with a purpose of doing semi-core Pve Progression ( mainly aiming for Curve, Mythic as an optional choice) as a Turkish Guild. After Uldir, we experienced several problems;

-Low attendance to Raids.
-Lacking of certain classes (Second Priest or a Consistent Demon Hunter etc.)
-Continuous performance problems

So we decided to break our National Borders and becoming Multinational. So we can have easier time in Heroic progress and maybe advance in to Mythic progress. We have some Officers already having Mythic Progression experinces. We are looking for players:

-Have high raid awareness and self awareness
-Following recent patch updates of his class or spec.
-%100 Raid Attendance unless having a good reason not to attend.
-Discord is mandatory.
-Following commands of the Authorities as exact in raids.
-Being open to criticisms with goodwill.
