The guild "Fanatics" on Ragnaros, horde is looking for more
recruits to their raiding team. We are currently 7/7m Emerald
Nightmare, 2/3m Trials of Valor and 3/10m Nighthold.
What is our history?
We started out right before the release of legion with the aim to clear the hardest content that is available when it is still current. We started out really good but like many new guilds we got somehow stuck for a while, after not giving up we get a solid roster to start push again and there we are now. We have been under alot of different situations and the leading team is very experienced and calm when something has to be dealth with.
What is our mindset?
Our mindset is really clear. We do wish to progress as fast as possible, but still take the time it takes to do so. We are an adult raiding guild who doesnt want any form of drama, rage or trashtalk. What we want is to have fun and enjoy the game at its fully potential. Since this is a three days per week raiding guild we also aim for everyone to show up three times per week. This is like a job, if you apply and are a part of our guild, you have to show up at the times we are raiding. Ofcourse real life can happen, but most unlikely it will do since you have beforehand taken those days/times off to raid with the guild.
What times do we raid at?
•Wednesday from 20:00-23:00 server time
•Thursday from 20:00-23:00 server time
•Sunday from 20:00-23:00 server time
Remember that we aswell have a 30 minutes overtime for each raid if we are close to a kill. We do aswell try to have a 10 minute break in the middle of the raid. Make sure aswell that you have the time to show up 15 minutes prio to start and have potions/flasks/food and runes ready. We want to work effective! Remember that we aswell are doing split raiding to get faster loot.
Usefull addons that we are using?
We are using two really usefull addons when we are raiding besides Dbm, weakaura. The first one is Exorsus Raidtools which we use for notes etc during those encounters where we need to set up different sort of groups or healing rotation etc. The second we are using is RCLootCouncil which we are using as lootsystem. The concil is build upon four very experienced players who votes for those who have done really good performance on the boss, ofcourse attendance is aswell included.
What voicecommunication system do we use?
Currently we have a discord server up for everyone within the guild, we also have different text channels where announcement and stuff like that will be written. We also have a cannot attend raid channel where we want people to write if they cant for some reason show up to a raid.
