“Abort Mission” Guild

Abort Mission is a fun two-day raiding guild. We are looking for raiders who know their class and specs, who can be relied upon to show up – even during difficult progress. Since we only raid twice a week, we expect people to bring their A-game for our raiding time :)

Raid schedule

We raid twice a week on Thursday 20:00-23:00 and Mondays 20-23 CET.


We expect that you sign up for all the raids at least 48 hours in advance. If you cannot attend, then you should warn us beforehand. We expect everyone to do their best, to respect everyone’s time-commitment to playing the game with us. That includes knowing relevant mechanics beforehand, all consumables, optimized gear, relevant reroll seals, etc.
What we look for in potential new raiders?

We do not require that you to have high progress experience, but we do require you to show us that you know what you're doing.
That means performing well with your class. Keeping good uptimes on respective buffs, and whatever else separates a decent from a good player of a specific class. General knowledge of when to use which talents to maximize effectiveness on certain types of encounters.

We want players who think that maximising their class-potential is part of what makes raiding fun.
We also want players that care more about beating an encounter than beating the meter.

In short:
A player with a good knowledge of their class
Who shows up prepared on time
Has the ability to listen and remember what the plan is

In return, you get to raid in a fun environment, with people who respect your efforts to improve at the game, by also improving to the best of their abilities themselves. We respect everyone and will not expose you for under-performing, we will talk in private about what caused a potential issue, however.

Generally, bad attitude continued poor performance or an unwillingness to gear up according to the guild norm can be a cause for a raid spot replacement.
This does not mean that you can never get back, but we expect everyone to deal with the reality of their effort like adults.
