< Edelweiss > is a End-Game Raiding Guild on Stormscale PvP. We're always looking for Exceptional players to fill up our Raid-Roster for the 25man content.

What we are searching for < Edelweiss >

1. We are only looking for players, who know how to play their class, getting knowledge of your class is not that hard, and should be done, before even thinking about Raiding, especially in Cataclysm.

2. In < Edelweiss > we don't care about how good a person is in his own opinion, we care more about having players who care about Team-Play. Since the content of Cataclysm is way harder than Wotlk, Team-Play is now more important than before.

3. We are a RAIDING Guild, therefor we are only seeking for people who are interested in the PvE part of the game. As a Guild we will also ofcourse do Rated BG's, Arena's and other Stuff, but this will be done on our Off-Days.

4. Edelweiss is a 18+ Guild, this means that most of our Guildie's are working or study'ing. That means that the raids we run (on the 3 Official Raid-days) are run in the Evening. Our Raid-Times are: 19:30 till 23:30 Gametime, on Wednesdays, Sundays and Tuesdays. If your interested in joining < Edelweiss > as a Raider, make sure you can at least attend these 3 evenings!

5. We want to take all out of the players we can, (Healing and DPS) therefor we want to make sure that everyone brings Flasks and Foodbuffs with them to the Raids, we will do Buff-Checks to see who is wearing flasks and foodbuffs and who isn't. If it happens to be that you been caught a couple of times without foodbuffs or flasks, you might have a loot-ban for the boss we're currently progressing on.

What can < Edelweiss > offer you?

1. For the Decent Players among us, a stable Raid-spot will be granted if he/she proved he/she's worthy to the Guild, here we talk about: Being there for raids, Knowing tacts, Not failing over and over again and being friendly to the Guildie's

2. We offer the opportunity to enjoy the game with people who share your interests.

3. A simple /roll Loot-Rule in our 10man Content, and a Simple DKP System for our 25man Raids.

4. A very Experienced group of Officers which are open for discussions if you are not happy about something.


BE AWARE:

1. If your getting accepted as Trialist into < Edelweiss > this doesn't mean your a "Member" of < Edelweiss > yet. You will have a Period of 2 Weeks to show the Guild why you shud be the person in our Raid-Roster.

2. After the Period of 2 weeks, you will receive an invitation for a meeting with the officers on our Ventrilo server, at this point the Officers reviewed you as a Trialist, and you will receive an Answer, this answer can be: Raider Rank approved (promotion will be granted). Or the other answer: Back to Social Member and stay a guildie, or find another Guild if you wish to Raid.

3. Once you gained the Raider rank, Guild-Repairs will be granted and Enchants and Gems will be provided by the Guild-bank if they are Available.
