Info : We have been raiding mythic for around 3 tiers now, improving our previous progress each tier, the goal for this tier is 7/9M. We are looking for both raiders 440+ ilvl and Mythic + players. Our Guild is an inclusive environment, which offers support to players through various methods of feedback on performance post raid, with the aim of constant improvement. An example is we run a RIP (Raid Incentive Plan) whereby the top 3 DPS each week (based on mechanics done correctly and not dying) and top healer receive either a gold reward or their raid consumables payed for
Raid times: WED/MON: 21:00 - 00:00 SERVER TIME (At this stage we are only doing progression as HC carries no upgrades)
What do we need : Healers, DPS and Tanks (Tank spots are limited and as such we are recruiting just for mythic + at this stage), Right now we are looking for players with similar level of experience willing to play for the team, this means happy to be in/out based on boss/requirements and performance. No class restrictions, however the following classes are high priority for us (Enhance shaman, Demon Hunter, Warrior, Death Knight, Priests)
