“Inner Circle” Guild

Recruiting:

We are currently looking for players to bolster our Mythic raiding roster.
We look for long-term players that are looking for a stable and progressing guild, where there is always something going on. Gear and experience is, of course, needed to some extent, but we really look for knowledge of your class, patience, commitment and a wish to always improve.

Sunday: 19:45-23:00 (server time)

Info about us:

<Inner Circle> Sylvanas-EU, is the product of a merge of two guilds back in March 2015, before the merge the guilds were struggling to find their feet in the current content, with a lack of players and not so many raids, however, the merge proved to be successful! The guild flourished during the Blackrock Foundry release, quickly ascertaining 10/10HC, with high prospects for mythic raiding, however, due to some issues in roster management, the guild never made it to Mythic, and a lot of the guild left to find a new home. Despite this, the guild did not die, and through harsh struggles, was able to create a new mythic team, which has so far had success since its conception, with the Legion journey just across the horizon, Inner Circle has high hopes for its future.

What you can expect from Inner Circle:

We are a bunch of veteran and newer players that has gathered over a common enjoyment of semi-hardcore gaming. Our main priority is raiding, but besides that, we have players that do PvP, Challenge Modes, Boost Runs, LFR and gearing/leveling.
But we stretch much further than just WoW. We have a tight community that stretches over CS:GO, LoL and many other games. We seek to create an oasis of gaming with the heart and center in the raiding community in WoW.
Generally we’re a group of very friendly players that are looking for more gamers to join us in the adventures through HFC Mythic and all the up-coming expansion.

What we expect from you:

Experience and knowledge: For mythic HFC progressing we are looking for atleast 6/13 Mythic with an iLvL at around 720. We also expect you to be a quick learner and not to commit the same mistakes over and over again. Simply learn from your mistakes and never let it happen again.

Skill: You know your class down to the last percentages on your off-spec. You keep up-to-date with your optimal rotation, gearing and stats. You are always improving and are willing to listen to other player’s feedback and suggestions.

Communication: we require that you are able to use Teamspeak for raids and listening to raid leaders during raids and call-outs during encounters. Having a working microphone is a big plus, but is not necessary for joining us, but being able to write in English is.

Dedication: as a Mythic guild, aiming for high-end progress, we seek that you prioritize guild raids over anything else in the game. Real life incidents can occur and is not a problem, unless they happen too often. We also require from you that you do what is necessary to get the gear you need, meaning that you’ll run HC between Mythic raids for gear pieces you need and Mythic dungeons for upgrades for all your gear. This will of course happen with the support of the guild and we are always happy to help you.

Attendance: As a Mythic guild that is rapidly progressing through Mythic, we are looking for players that can attend 3/3 raids per week. We are aware that real life gets in the way sometimes and it is okay, as long as it does not happen too often and disrupt the raiding. However, it is very important that you tell us good time in advance and give a very good reason. If you, for some reason, cannot keep up with our current schedule, please tell us in the application, so we can take it in consideration.
