“ITS ALL OGRE NOW” Guild

About us:

<ITS ALL OGRE NOW> is a newly founded semi-hardcore guild on Tarren Mill (EU-Horde). Our core roster consist of 9 friends that have been playing games together for over 8 years.

After taking a long break from wow we decided to come back and form a guild that will strive to clear every tier on the hardest difficulty.

Although, we are mostly pre-pairing for BfA, we plan on clearing Antorus mythic as well. Meanwhile, we keep ourselves busy with mythic+ dungeons.

The guild might partake in other activities such as PvP or achievement runs but its not our primary goal.



Our Goals:

We are driven players with a competitive edge, we want to clear the hardest difficulty whilst learning, improving and most importantly - having fun.



What do we expect from you:

-To be equally driven as we are. Progression will have wipes, you must be willing to wipe, learn and improve.

-To come prepared and on time. Look up the fights before hand, bring consumables and be up to speed with the latest developments of your class/spec.

-You must maintain at least 90% attendance on raids.

-Speak decent English, be able to use Discord and have a working microphone.

-Be able to take and give constructive criticism.

-Be mature (18 years old and over preferably) but also be involved in the guild memes and banter

(plenty of that going on :D).



Our philosophy/What can you expect from us:

-We listen to everyone's input and make decisions as a whole.

-Raid free of rage and pressure with consistent progress.

-A guaranteed spot if you get accepted, we don't recruit for the bench.

-After raid activities such as m+ pushing, t-mog runs etc.

-Loot is a tool to help us further progress mythic and will be distributed as such.



Alts:

Alts are NOT required but they are very welcome. (we might add another alt raid at some point down the line)



Raid days & time (that’s server time):

Wednesday (21:00-00:00)

Thursday (21:00-00:00)

Monday (21:00-00:00)

Invites will go out 15 minutes earlier.

There will be a 10 min break somewhere in there.

Raids might extend if we are close to killing a boss
