Raiding: UFHM provides opportunities for both experienced and new players alike in the chance of becoming part of our active raiding community. We believe in creating an enjoyable, casual and comfortable enivrement for our members during our raids, as we value the social bits of raiding as much as its serious parts.
Structure: UFHM strives endlessly in maintaining a strong structure of planning & preparation for each step, task it takes. Everything that is done within the guild is closely planned before put in action and we always do our best in trying to keep our schedule steady.
Sociability: Becoming a part of UFHM allows you to meet the colourful, friendly & fun people who reside within our community. We have always valued socialibility within the guild as importance and we intend of keeping it that way. We believe a player who is comfortable with the people he raids with, experience fun in the community will perform much better during those crucial raiding hours.
What does UFHM demand of you?
Attendence: During our schedule raiding hours, you will be expected to attend to our core raiding days/times and come well prepared for it. Preparation for our raids are crucial and we expect all of our raiders to bring 100% of their A-game and the focus necessary to make it a clean and comfortable raid for everyone.
Dedication: All members of UHM are expected to dedicate time and focus on their role/position within the raid. There is always room for improvement, weither it concerns your specc/dps/healing or tanking. We expect of our members to understand this, openly accept it as fun to strive to become better.
Communication: All raiders within UFHM will be expected to be on our mumble server during raid hours, we believe communication/leading through it is crucial. As of yet, we have no requirement for a microphone but we highly recommend one.
