“Mayhem” Guild

Description:

UPDATE - Mayhem has just transfered realms to Stormscale(EU) and recruitment is open to help us finish this tier (of which we are 9/10) and are also looking to strengthen our roaster for next tier, if you are on Stormscale and feel you would be a good fit per the below then apply now!

Mayhem is a guild consisting mostly of ex hardcore and top 100 raiders who are pretending to be grownups now. We don't raid a lot, but we still play seriously for the limited time we play.

Our primary goal is to achieve cutting edge on every tier and as such, we don't try to to compete with other guilds or chase ranks. This means that we play at our own speed and focus on having fun while still maintaining mythic ability. We require all players to be mature but we consider that to be a personality trait and not related to age.

The single most important attribute in a prospective member is a good fit with our culture. We are a stable team from all around the world, who get along very well and enjoy laughing and having fun. We crack a lot of jokes and make fun of each other between pulls but once it's go time, everyone focuses on the job at hand. Being mature also means that we know where the line is and have no tolerance for drama.

We welcome friends of raiders and failed trials as social members and they often stay because of the culture.

Raid times:

We raid less than 8 hours a week and never extend raids - we also have a social/alt/farm run on Monday nights.

Wednesday: 19:45 - 22:00
Thursday: 19:45 - 22:00
Sunday: 18:45 - 22:00

Server time.

We start invites earlier and pull the first boss at the start time to optimize our limited raid time.

Important:

Unlike other mythic guilds we don't require 100% attendance, since many of us have work and family commitments, but we do expect you to be free on most raid nights. We are a small group and we don't recruit for the bench. If you pass your trial you will immediately be part of the core group and will get invited to every raid. This makes stable attendance important to progression.
