Endurance has a very long history as a guild on different difficulty level on different servers.
We moved to Twisting Nether back in the middle of WoD for better raid progression and achieved that.

We are a semi-hardcore guild with a casual approach. This means we do value progress, but are not willing to sacrifice all to achieve it. A lot of our members are a bit older and have real life obligations, such as jobs/kids/etc.
Therefore we raid only 2 nights a week, currently on Wednesdays & Thursdays from 20:00-23:00. We also try to arrange an alt\farm raid on Friday.
We do not require 100% attendance and you won't be kicked for missing a raid or two. However people that show up regularly do get priority over others when deciding on raid set-up.
We do require you to have experience with the game and know your class in and out. We don't require you to min-max to the limit but we do require you to know the best current spec for your class and perform well.
Please do remember that our focus is on mythic raids and that requires a fixed roster of 20 of our best raiders, this sometimes means you have to take the bench for the good of the raid team. Accept this fate with grace and don't make it any harder on the officers than needed.
