“The Shed” Guild

Hello there,

We are **The Shed** (9/9H Amirdrassil), AotC-focused 1-night raiding guild based on Illidan-US. A tight-knit community of friends, we started raiding together as a guild in Season 1 of Shadowlands. Our players ages range from 20s to 40s, but it would still be fair to call The Shed a dad guild. We like to enjoy our raid nights joking around and trolling each other, but we also know how to make good use of our time; and we enjoy character progression and player growth. Generally speaking, raids are not more scuffed than they should be for our bracket.

**Weekly Schedule:**
As mentioned we are a one-night guild. We raid 3 hours, Tuesdays from 8:00-11:00 p.m. Central Time.

**Seasonal Schedule:**

Since the guild was created, we have raided consistently throughout tiers except for a brief break period during Season 2 of Shadowlands. Our normal flow is as follows...

1. One to two weeks to clear normal raid
2. Several weeks to clear heroic raid
3. A couple weeks of heroic farm
4. Achievement run on normal mode
5. Finish out the season with more heroic farm while opening things up to main-swaps, alts and friends of the guild

**Other offerings:**
- Nightly M+ runs for fun, gearing alts and pushing score. Lots of us enjoy at least some M+, from supplementing our characters for raid to testing our limits. Some just like to blast. Currently, our top M+ players are in the 3k score range. We're also up for teaching those who want to get more experience in M+.
- Occasional (optional) bonus raid nights, typically for alts.
- Occasional transmog runs.. most recently players have been farming Mythic Sanctum of Domination sets.
- Other games, like Minecraft or Helldivers 2.

Note: We do accept both cross-faction and cross-realm raiders, using our Discord server to communicate. We also have an in-game "Community", but that is mostly just used for the convenience of inviting other members not on your friends list.

**Ideal recruits will have:**
- Good attitude and communication
- Adequate skill
- Passion for and desire to play the game
- Interest in community M+ to supplement raid
- (Bonus) Interest in high M+ (+20 keys and above). As mentioned we have have plenty of M+ gamers, and we are always looking for more friendly & fun blasters for our nightly runs. Healers and tanks are always in high demand!

**Role openings:**
- We do not take tank trials, but it is possible to move into the role after spending time on the team (and there is an opening).
- We have at least one main healer opening currently.
- For DPS, we have no specific needs right now.. open to trial any class!
