Legion!
About us:
Kinsmen was created on February 1, 2006 originally on the server Kael'thas. We have recently migrated to Aerie Peak in preparation for Legion and will be pursuing Mythic raiding.
We value our time and make every attempt possible to ensure our in game time is spent wisely. Our guild consists of players who do not want to commit to the time-intensive raid schedules of "hardcore” guilds. We are not pushing for realm firsts but we do strive to get the most done while the content is current.
Raid Schedule:
Tues and Wednesday from 9-Midnight EST, 8-11 CST, and 6-9 PST. We occasionally will add a third day voted on by the raid when we are close to a kill.
Loot:
RCLootCouncil without the council. Loot is distributed based on the following criteria:
Raid team benefit > personal gain is the general rule.
Applicant Expectations:
Good understanding of game mechanics, maturity, decent command of the English language. The ability to take constructive criticism from other players. We are not a hardcore raid and do not expect gold numbers from Warcraft logs, but we do use the logs to help us identify where our problems are during progress.

Currently Recruiting:
DPS – Demon Hunter, Mage, Ret Pally as we currently dont have any of these classes. (Looking to fill 3-5 full time spots) Don't let the classes listed stop you from inquiring, we really want the 3-5 personnel more so than the class.
Healers - We currently raid with 4 full time but only have a raid of about 15-17 on any given night. As the raid grows we would love to have you as well.
