Introduction: We are a semi-hardcore raiding guild that holds ourselves to a raiding standard of knowing fights or at least having a general overview of what is going on. We are a Guild driven in maintaining a positive atmosphere while improving our level of raiding. We are looking for like-minded players who seek to keep improving, and are looking for a place to make their home.

Schedule: Wednesday and Thursday 7:00pm to 10:00pm (Server Time). We rarely extend raid nights and if we do, it's maybe 15 minutes at the most.

Loot System: We handle loot through Personal Loot and /roll. Any item looted by members of the raid that is eligible for trading (including BOEs) is expected to be equipped or put up for rolls to benefit someone else on the team. Eligible pieces are distributed based on the size of the upgrade, and the player's predicted contribution on current progression bosses.

Wants: We are open to any skilled players that can ideally flex role spots. We encourage people to come hang out with guildies for raids, keys & PvP during the week. We play this game for fun and we strive to make our atmosphere fun and engaging for everyone.

Current Goals:
Long Term: Building an established roster of committed raiders for Mythic Progression.
Short Term: Progress as far as possible within Vault of the Incarnates.

Requirements: We want new recruits who are interested in raiding to have at least 400 ilvl, WeakAuras, DBM or BigWigs, Details, and be able to have reliable attendance.

Roster and Bench: It is important to mention that we always put the guild's interest before anything else. We ideally would like to keep a working roster of 25-30 people to progress into raids efficiently and effectively. We believe in bringing the player not the spec/class. it is important to note that there will be a bench and that sometimes we swap in players in order to kill a boss. We also make it a priority that everyone on the team will rotate in for a kill regardless.

Raid Guidelines:

Teamwork makes the dreamwork.
Be respectful to everyone.
Communication is key.
Be Understanding, it’s also a learning atmosphere.
Be flexible in your raid position. If you play a class/role that can potentially flex, please be proficient in one of your other roles, ex: tank/healer.
Please come prepared with all gear gemmed and enchanted.
Food, Flasks, and Guild Repairs are provided.
Expectations: Being online at least 10 minutes prior to raid start time. If you cannot attend, please post in attendance issues in Discord or let an Officer/Raid Leader know.

History: We are a Horde guild on US Area-52 we’ve been around since the beginning of BFA and plan on doing the same thing we’ve always done… Smash boss’s and have fun. For any questions, inquiries, or an invite you can message anyone in guild or contact us in game.
