The focus in raiding was not pushed until later in Tier 11 due to the number of rerolls, transfers and newer players... Not to mention growing pains.
We are strictly involved in 10man raiding but are not against the idea of housing a second 10man in the future.
We are ambitious but we are not fighting for server firsts. Real life > WoW.
-Looting is done by loot council. We want to gear up as a guild. Also we want appropriate gear going to appropriate classes.
-We use a give in order to take rule for the guild bank and help our own with guild mats, raiding mats and repairs.
Our current raid schedule:
Tuesday - 8pm- 11pm
Thursday - 8pm - 11pm
Sunday - 8pm - 11pm
