Who we are: Bladesong is a 10man "Guild Progression" Raiding
guild (ie - we go at our own pace). We raid Tues - Thurs from 7 -
10 server (CST).
Guild Leader: Minnaura (Tanks)
Officers: Priestachu(DPS), Aimbot(DPS), Sytarean (Heals)
A little more about us...Bladesong was founded at the end of Wrath of the Lich King by veteran players who had been raiding since MC was...ahem..."the Bomb". We aim to attract folks who previously come from more "hardcore" guilds, but want to raid either in the 10-man mode or simply for fewer days with a little less stress. We have also had several "social" members successfully step up to the main raiding stage. Bladesong raiding is progression-oriented, but we are not about server first/progress rankings. We want to see the content and kill it while it's current, but are in no particular rush to be the first guild to do so.
Guild Atmosphere: Bladesong first & foremost loves smart, fun, witty people that are awesome at what they do. Many of our raiders have come to us from top progression guilds on Blackhand or their original server. We are a fairly clean-humored bunch.
Raid Atmosphere: Bladesong raids are very focused. We do tend to joke around in vent and have fun on farm bosses and trash, but when we're working on new content we expect focus & efficiency. We expect our raiders to do their homework on their class and on new bosses to help us all learn new encounters quickly. Communication between the raid leaders & players is very open, with leaders frequently using input & comments from our players to refine our strategies (Blood Guard ranked members can type to /o chat). Raiding is a team sport here, and while we are not a democracy (what Minn says, goes...), no idea is a bad idea. Just don't take it personally if we say "no".
