Guild Profile

Primary Language: English
Raids per week: unknown
Recruiting (outdated): closed
We are a raiding guild, and as such we maintain a high expectation of our members to be present for raids and guild scheduled events. We are currently raiding all content that is Icecrown Citadel (10m, heroic, and 25m). We are taking out bosses at a rapid pace. A raid spot is yours to earn…and yours to lose.

To safeguard the emphasis on the social nature of the guild and to minimize political drama, two characteristics mark the guild: The first is the very flat organizational structure. The second is the heavy emphasis placed upon the character and integrity of guild members.

The Guild Leader is the final authority in guild matters. Second to the GM are the officers who advise the GM and implements/enforces guild policies.

We run a Loot Council. We aspire to gear our raiders as quickly and as equitably as possible. Loot Council decision is final - this decision will be a fair one for all involved.

Weapons Grade Awesome insists on a very high level of character from its members. This is a guild of friends and soon-to-be friends. It is fully expected that people will treat one another with courtesy and respect. When problems arise, it is your duty to attempt to resolve the problem with that person in private. If that fails, then you are encouraged to bring the matter to one of the officers for mediation. Take note that gossiping about it with others is not part of the process of resolution. We are here to work together. We have all seen more than enough drama in this game; guild members are expected to work hard to make this guild an example of what a guild should be.

The primary focus is raiding. You should keep this in mind before applying. Other aspects of the game take a back seat to our raids. We policies and procedures that we expect members to follow. We expect a notification on our forums if you will be unable to attend a raid. We expect mature interaction of our members. Pretty simple.

Lastly, the guild reputation is of paramount importance. We cannot emphasize this strongly enough. A guild's reputation springs directly from the behavior and attitudes of its members. One of the most important duties of every member is to ensure that we conduct ourselves according to the high standards we have set. If we do this, we have no doubt that we will become a successful and sought-after raiding guild.
