Crushridge - PvP, Pacific Time, Medium Population
Dark Moon Templars is a guild that believes in getting things done while maintaining lives outside of WoW. We only raid 3 nights a week and accomplish what many take 4-5 raid days to do. We do this with an attitude of bringing the best to the table every raid. We have a mature environment that still has room for humor and a good time. We are an adult guild, those with bedtimes/attention issues need not apply.
If you can do great damage, we have a raid spot for you in a guild where there really are no "grandfathered" DPS and you will be able to shine.
Gearing is considered via a loot council. Primary considerations are, as they rightly should be, performance (I.E. damage/healing/threat output, and survivability) and attendance. There is no favoritism with regards to gearing; it is simple consideration of the above two aspects along with raid upgrade potential when there's something of a tie. It has worked wonderfully as such since we grew out of DKP about six years ago.
All classes are open, but those listed as "High" below are preferred:
PLEASE NOTE: DPS MUST PROVIDE A PARSE TO BE SERIOUSLY CONSIDERED.
::Any exceptional application will be considered regardless of recruitment status::
Raid Information :
~ Days - Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday
~ Time - 6:00PM to 10:00PM (Invites at 5:30)
Raid Requirements :
~ Ventrilo complete with a working microphone.
~ Full preparation for all raids.
~ Best Possible: Consumables, Proper PvE Gems/Enchants/Spec/Glyphs for raid content.
~ Maintain high raid attendance and post on the forum if you will be absent.
~ A decent computer with a reliable connection.
~ Full understanding of your class/spec and the ability to adapt to future class/encounter changes.
