Kaizen is a casual progression raiding guild. We aim to create a
healthy community of players that want to spend time with each
other. The central idea is that no matter where you start - there
is always room to improve, and so long as improvement keeps
happening at your own pace, the game isn't so difficult that you
can't get there. We don't raid at other player's expenses -
performance and raiding experiences don't matter nearly as much as
a positive attitude and the willingness to work. Patience and
humility is asked of everyone in the guild
We raid with well over the amount of raid for a team, so that players are able to have lives, and not commit to a hectic raiding schedule. People rotate in and out and are good about rotating in and out so that other members can also raid. There's no bench team and core team, everyone who is sitting in for the fight is just as important as people sitting in, and the very concept of giving and taking is valued most.
We raid Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursday 8:00-11:30PM EST,
Thursday are optional clean up, we'll clear normal modes with whoever shows up. We run a loot council with rotating members every week into the council.
Currently looking for All Class and Spec to fill our ranks. You can apply at our website kaizen.guildlaunch.com , you can also contact Naple or Zilan for more information about Kaizen itself.
