TB was formed by a few real-life friends shortly after the launch
of WoW. Since then, we've had the good fortune to gather enough
quality players to make some real progress raiding. We're a casual
guild, but we've maintained enough quality players to get a few
Cutting Edge achievements and always target Mythic raids as a
goal.
About the Guild
The guild has been around a long time and has enjoyed success in raiding for many years. We don't clear every instance, but typically progress to at least the final bosses of each tier on the hardest difficulty.
Our Officer group is all made up of players that have been in the guild for 5 years or more, and many of us have been in for over a decade. We are all good friends and strive to maintain a good guild atmosphere and welcoming environment for all types of players.
Atmosphere
We consider the guild an Adult atmosphere, we do not recruit members under the age of 18. However, we don't tolerate racism/sexism/bigotry of any kind.
Recruitment Status:
We're currently pretty full on healers, and are most interested in picking up more solid DPS - classes with a healing offspec that don't mind switching if necessary are ideal, but we really need a couple warriors (seriously, if you want a guaranteed spot, be a good warrior). We have the least need for tanks, but if you'd be willing to DPS most of the time and tank sometimes, that could feasibly work (currently one of our demon hunters or boomkin fills in when an MT is absent, so you'd fill a similar role).
Raid Times:
We raid Tuesday at 6:00 Pacific Time, and Sunday at 5:30 Pacific Time and Raids generally end around 9:00 Pacific Time (Though on very rare occasions we may ask that people stay a little later).
If you apply as a raider, you're expected to be available for both of these times - if you're not generally available then, we'll likely keep you on as a social, but won't prioritize getting you into raids.
