We never compromise when recruiting new players, and we'd rather raid undermanned than try to carry a weak player along. Our goal is to maintain a positive raiding environment, meaning that both applicants and members of the guild treat each other with respect, even if they do not agree on something. Cockiness, disrespect, and just dick heads ,for lack of a better word, will not be tolerated, and we expect everyone to work together as a team while raiding even if they are not fond of another player.
