We are a semi-hardcore 25 man raiding guild and that will be our focus in cataclysm.
<Ki> Raids Tues/Weds/Th/Sun with Monday being optional 8:15-12 am (EST)
<Ki> uses a loot council based on performance, reliability, attendance, upgrading, and # of loots obtained.
<Ki> currently has a roster of 30+ members we expect at least 80% attendance or higher.
We always are looking for exceptional talent for all classes so apply even when we are full.
The type of recruits we want are intelligent, able to fix their own mistakes(not repeating others mistakes), putting the guilds priorities ahead of their own, and should be motivated to improve their own performance each and every raid. We also would like this type of player to be friendly, and fit in with the guild.
